BBQ AT BIBURY TROUT FARM

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO BOOK IN ADVANCE

COOK YOUR CATCH

Don’t miss out on your chance to BBQ at the farm! We have 10 brick barbecues available to hire and cook your freshly caught trout. The BBQs have wooden gazebos to help keep you protected from the ever changing English weather. Our largest BBQ Mallard, is currently the only BBQ without cover but we’re hoping to get this built soon.

The barbecues are very popular so booking in advance is essential. Please check the booking calendar for availability and complete the online booking form with payment. Unfortunately we cannot take BBQ bookings over the phone. Please note admission fee for the farm still applies even if you have booked a BBQ.

Our BBQs vary in size. Mallard can accommodate 31 people, Willow can fit 15 and all other BBQs have a maximum of 12 people (including children). If you are a large group you could book 2 BBQs, for example Arthur’s Rest and Coln’s Rest are good to book together as they are next to each other on the farm. Please refer to the map of the farm at the bottom of the page.

Coal and firelighters are provided, but please bring your own cooking utensils, plates, cutlery etc. The grills are cleaned daily.

You have use of the BBQ from 9am – 4pm. In the summer months (July & August) we extend this to 5pm.

Do feel free to bring in your own additional food to accompany the trout.

You may cancel your booking up to 14 days beforehand and receive a full refund. Simply click on the ‘cancel my booking’ link on your confirmation email and you will receive a notification that it has been cancelled, and the money will be back in your account within 5 days. If you have any issues cancelling your booking please call the office.

In addition to the brick BBQs, we sell disposable BBQs (£7.50 small, £12 large) which can be used in the communal area by the Fishery to cook the fish you have caught only. Disposable BBQs are available from 10am – 3 30pm. In the summer months (July & August) we extend this to 4 30pm.

Please do not bring your own BBQs or gazebos onto the farm as you won’t be allowed to use them.

You are allowed to bring speakers to play music, but please be considerate to others around you and keep the volume at a low level.

Please leave the area clean and tidy, and dispose of your rubbish in the bins provided.

If you need additional bags of charcoal they can be bought for £6 in our shop or via the online booking system.
